What Is Counselling?

Counselling is a form of ‘talking therapy' that offers a safe, confidential space for individuals to discuss their problems and difficult emotions. It is a process that allows you to explore your feelings and thoughts in depth, seeking to change aspects of your life or gain clarity. I believe you possess the resources needed to know what is best for you, and my role is to facilitate that exploration without judgement.

 


How I Work

I offer flexible person-centred counselling to accommodate your needs.
Regardless of the format you choose, I will ensure a safe and confidential environment for you to explore your chosen issues.
 

Walk & Talk

Experience counselling in Eastbourne in a natural setting. We can meet for a walk on a risk-assessed route, allowing for real-time emotional responses in a relaxed atmosphere.

Telephone and Online Counselling

If attending face-to-face sessions is challenging, I provide the option of counselling through telephone or Zoom. This can be beneficial for those who prefer to talk from the comfort of their own space.
