How I Work
I offer a flexible approach to therapy, adapting my methods to suit your needs.
My goal is to provide a supportive, knowledgeable, and confidential space for you as we navigate these challenges together.
Walk & Talk
This allows us to meet in person and engage in a therapeutic walk along a risk-assessed route. The natural environment can facilitate open discussions, making it easier to express emotions as they arise. Many clients find this approach refreshing and liberating.
Telephone and Online Counselling
For those who prefer not to meet face-to-face, I offer sessions via phone or Zoom. This option is particularly beneficial for individuals who may struggle to attend in-person sessions for various reasons. With this format, you can feel safe and comfortable in your own environment while still receiving the support you need.
